Authorised activity
Only connect receiving accounts, listener phones and billing systems that you are authorised to operate. Maintain any required provider permissions and comply with applicable rules in your market. Do not use another person’s identity, receiving number or credentials without authority.
Prohibited misuse
Do not forge confirmations, manufacture payment claims, interfere with another merchant, test stolen credentials or try to bypass payment ownership checks. Do not use the service to conceal fraud or to transmit illegal content. Do not place wallet PINs or unrelated messages in payment metadata.
Responsible testing
Use the sandbox for synthetic lifecycle testing. Do not flood public endpoints or direct tests at another organisation’s systems. Obtain explicit authorisation before any security test involving live merchant data or production availability.
Response to abuse
Suspected misuse may require account restriction, investigation or an operator-managed recovery process under the applicable agreement. Preserve relevant evidence and contact support. This policy does not grant access to another customer’s records or define a substitute for local law.
